Other than my appointment wasn't in the calendar, Joe was still able to get my car taken care of the day I did arrive I also wasn't in a hurry and left the dealership while they changed the oil, etc. My car was ready within 3.5 hours! All it all it was fine, but this is the 2nd time my time did not show up in the calendar correctly??? Gotta love technology!

This is my husband's truck which he loved! He bought it new, and he always had Brustolon service it. It looks as good(almost), as when he bought it. My husband, a US Navy Vietnam veteran with 26 years of service, has just recently passed away after a long illness. He had given the truck to my son when he was no longer able to drive. Recently, my son heard a noise and wanted to have it checked out. He was going to bring it to a local mechanic that services his Element. I told my son, "No, bring it to Brustolon. The team at Brustoon has always been so supportive of keeping your father's truck not only in good working order, but always, especially during his long illness, respecting how well dad cared for his truck." My son agreed. This situation was no different. He brought It to them and It required some under carriage repair, due to rust. The mechanic and Lisa spoke to my son, explained everything to him and broke down the repair job. Now the only thing we need to do is have it undercoated to keep it from rusting. The Team at Brustolon are truly a caring professional Team!

The customer service was GREAT. However, I am disappointed with GMC regarding quality. Amazing that a vehicle with less than 25,000 miles that not driven in an aggressive manner would require a new shifter assembly!!

I had a check engine light on and reduced driving acceleration. The service team read the code and decided that the truck needed a software update. I had just purchased the truck less than two weeks prior, and it was only 100 miles over original manufacturers warranty. However I purchased the bumper to bumper extended warranty. I thought any issue with the truck would be covered under warranty. The dealership charge me $170, I still do not understand why since I was told why. I drove 15 miles down the road and the check engine light came back on and again I had reduced driving acceleration. So essentially I paid $170 for nothing.

The Sales agent Santino Checchi was such a pleasure to deal with. Mr. Checchi was not pushy and took his time and patience to listen to needs. I have been using you exclusively for five years on my GMC truck. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at your dealership. The most recent incident involved bringing the truck in for an oil change and asking the guys to check for a pin hole radiator leak. They come back and say I need a $1,700 radiator replacement job and that they CANNOT regen the system for a code they fixed until it’s done. Bs. I brought the truck home took to a small shop and they end up telling me there’s a leak, NOT the radiator, that they cannot fix. I bring it back to your place then they tell me it’s a 30-40 hour job and it’s going to be $9,000. At this point I do not believe them so I bring it to another shop and in one week I’m driving it, problem fixed and it only cost a $1,000. You have turn the service department into a Somalia Scsm show like they work on commission. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to post this on my social media accounts because I actually like the service rep I deal with. Total BS. I’m also thinking of reporting it to the DMV inspector.

12/8/2025 Well , I call service and explained to Peter that our Tahoe 2001 I purchased new and has never been in the snow failed emissions test for knock sensors and I asked for a quote. He replied hold on and I’ll get back to you. Ok great, Quoted around $ 565.00. Ok sounds good I’ll have it done, drop it off now or later peter replied. Thank you I’ll drop it off first thing tomorrow morning. 12/9/25. Dropped off at 7:40. Fill out information with service, Peter not in yet. Ok later that morning Peter calls me and explains it will need a wiring harness about $80.00 I replied no problem. Then again that afternoon Peter calls me and explains to me they have to get o rings for the fuel rail and won’t be ready today ? . And when u get it back yon must put 200 miles on or it won’t pass emissions .?. Really !? 11/10/25. No call typical.! as of 11:30. So I now headed to see what they had in store for me. And here goes, Peter yes was just going to call you . It is ready. Ok good. If you don’t mind waiting a few minutes I’ll get your bill ready and you will be all set. Ok good. After about ten minutes gives me a bill for. $1262.56. What’s this. What happened to the quote. So anyhow in pay the bill still being nice . Again ask. About having to put 200 miles on before getting emissions O yes. About computer resetting itself. .?? Ok have a nice day. How would you like to be in my shoes here. Typical service. Deep down I knew better than having the work here, really sorry to say I was expecting it , so I didn’t get upset. Ps. Hope it passes after 200 miles.
